Technique 5: Uplifting eyebrow with palm
For this technique, gently place your palm covering the outer corner of your eyebrow so that your fingertips will face upwards. Gently push the outer corner of your eyelid; in this way, you will create a subtle eyebrow lift. There isn’t any need to use excess pressure on the eyebrows. The pressure should be enough to engage muscles around your eyes only.
Now focus your eyes directly on the object in front of you. Open your eyes as wide as possible and focus your eyes forward. Make sure to blink if you feel the need. Widening of the eye and eyebrow uplift will make the circular muscle around each eye work. Plus, the slight pulse you experience will work to lift the outer area of the eyebrow and will eventually prevent sagging. Do this technique for 20 seconds and repeat it twice a day. Inhale and exhale slowly in a relaxed way.

Technique 6: Eyebrow caterpillar
For this technique, take your right hand through your head and lift your corrugator muscle with it. Work your fingers through lifting the corrugator muscle twenty times gently. Then repeat this technique on the other eye too.
Take a two minutes break from work or anything you are doing and do this exercise for about 2 minutes, keeping intervals of twenty seconds between the twenty-second sets.
